Mood & anxiety support

You do not have to have the right words to ask for help.

When anxiety is always humming in the background, or low moods make even familiar things feel far away, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Therapy can be a place to set down what you have been carrying and make sense of it, without needing to explain it perfectly.

Maybe something has felt harder than it used to.

Your mind rarely gets a break.

Worry may follow you from one moment to the next, making it hard to rest, decide, or feel present in your own life.

You feel disconnected from yourself.

A low mood can make things that once felt meaningful feel distant. You may be getting through the day, but not feeling much of it.

You are tired of carrying it quietly.

You do not have to prove that your experience is serious enough. If it is affecting how you live, relate, or see yourself, it deserves care.

What therapy can look like

A steady space to understand what is happening.

Our first conversations are simply a chance to get to know your story: what has been difficult, what has helped, and what you hope might feel different. There is no test to pass and no expectation to arrive with a diagnosis or a plan.

Together, we can explore the patterns, pressures, and experiences connected to anxiety or depression. We will also pay attention to the parts of you that have kept going — your values, relationships, and strengths — so the work stays connected to the life you want to build.

Therapy can include practical ways to navigate difficult moments, while making space for deeper reflection. We will move at a pace that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and true to you.

What you can expect

Care without assumptions

Your experience is your own. I will listen for what matters to you rather than trying to fit your story into a label.

Room for both the practical and personal

We can work with the day-to-day impact of mood and anxiety while staying curious about the larger story underneath.

A pace that respects you

There is no need to rush toward a solution. We will take each step together, with care.

A first conversation can be enough to begin.

Reaching out does not commit you to anything. It is an opportunity to ask questions, share what is on your mind, and see whether working together feels like a fit.
