You are tired of negotiating with yourself.
You may promise things will be different, then find yourself back in a pattern that no longer feels like a choice.
Substance use counseling
If substances have started taking up more space than you want them to, it can be hard to know what to call it — and even harder to say it out loud. Therapy can be a place to begin honestly, without being reduced to one chapter of your story.
You may promise things will be different, then find yourself back in a pattern that no longer feels like a choice.
You do not need to meet anyone else’s definition of struggle to deserve support. If it is weighing on you, it matters.
Recovery is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with the parts of you that substances, stress, or shame may have pushed to the side.
What therapy can look like
Our first sessions are a chance to slow down and understand what has been happening. We can talk about your relationship with substances, the pressures around you, and what you hope could change — at a pace that feels manageable.
Together, we will notice patterns without judgment, strengthen the supports already available to you, and make room for practical tools that fit your real life. You will not be asked to perform recovery or tell your whole story before you are ready.
When additional care, community resources, or a higher level of support would be helpful, we can talk through those options together. You do not have to navigate the next step alone.
There is no lecture, no label you have to accept, and no pressure to have the perfect answer.
We can explore stress, relationships, identity, grief, anxiety, and the other parts of life connected to your story.
Change often comes in small, meaningful moments. Therapy gives those moments somewhere to land.
Reaching out does not lock you into anything. It simply gives you a place to ask questions and see whether working together feels right.
